We had a BBQ with some friends for the 4th!! I know imagine us having a BBQ- like we never do!!! It was lots of fun (although we missed some of you who could not be with us- you know who you are!!) We had the pool set up for the kiddos to play in and of course all of the toys were out for them to have fun with with. The adults ate and chatted. The guys played washers (a Berkbigler BBQ must) and once it began to get dark, we did some fireworks.
The kids and the dads got really excited about the fireworks. We let them do some of the pops that you throw and some of the ones that you pull to pop. They liked those. We also did some sparklers and they had a blast with those.
Later, we sat at the end of out street and watched the fireworks from around out town. We had a good view of about 3 different displays at once so there was almost always something to watch. Of course, after about 10 minutes the kiddos were bored so we headed back to out house to finish off our fireworks. We had a great time celebrating with friends! Thanks to all who came and brought yummy food!! I am still full this morning!!!

Looks like you all had a great deal of fun! Nora looks adorable as ever in her 4th of July outfit. Glad to hear you all had fun with the fireworks and that they weren't banned because it was too dry! Miss you and can't wait to see you all!
