Smoke Free Bowling!!

Since the Ville' has passed the smoke free ordinance, we have been enjoying a lot of the things we could never do before- one of which was bowling!! Tommy and I have always loved bowling but we could never go here because it was hard to breathe through all the smoke. We decided to give it a go a few weekends ago and our pals the Vincents went with us. Poor Leah was 40 weeks pregnant but she was a trooper and we all had fun! Seh actually ended up beating all of us in the last game- how embarrassing for Joe and Tommy!!! This was the first time Nora or Zach has been bowling and they really had fun. They were very admit that they do it all themselves so we let them. Gutter bumpers are a great thing!

Note to everyone- if you keep throwing balls down after your game is over, it will count it as another game even if you don't keep score. We did not know that and the kids actually ended up playing 3 extra games while we were finishing our 3!! It got a little expensive but we had fun. Now when we drive by the bowling alley, Nora always wants to go "throw some more balls at bowling."

Also- in case you can tell in the pictures, Nora had a bit of a wipe out at a yard sale the morning of this adventure so she looks a little rough. It all cleared up very quickly and all is well now!
